Well i definately did more walking yesterday and generally it was a go go day, but that is good as i had less time to think about food!! Here's wishing everyone a great weekend ;) Here's what happened yesterday:

Well i didn't get many steps in yesterday so i'm going all out for it today :) Got lots of running around to do and i'm going to fit a walk in there!! Feeling really good about myself this week ;) Here's how yesterday went:

2 egg omlette, ff cheese, grapefruit

raw veggies, dip, cheese, olives, apple

Well i'm pleased with my steps yesterday, that's what i get when i go on a walk and go to work!!

Well today i work 3-11 so i'm going for a nice long walk after i've finished on the comp ;) Foggy and rainy out but it won't kill me ;) Here's what happened yesterday, i was going to have the wine on friday but decided it would be nice with the pasta and then watching must love dogs :)

To get my exercise in today i'm getting off the bus about a 40 min walk from my house!! It's one way to make sure i exercise ;) Here's what happened yesterday:

Well got out for my walk even though the roads were deftinately slushy!!

Well today is my first day back on program!! I am determined that this year is going to be the best!! I'm still going to try core but if that's not for me i'm will to tweak it or try another program-i.e. points etc. Going out for a walk now but it's really messy, wish my dvd watp was here but oh well you gotta do what you gotta do!!

Well it's official i'm sick, have a really sore throat and no voice :) So i have to admit i haven't been walking as much as it's really cold but today i have to go to the library which gives me a reason to get some extra steps in!!
